The fine print.Worth reading.
Standard service-firm disclosures. What this site is, what it isn’t, what we collect, what we don’t, and what engaging Quantus actually means.

Informational, not advisory.
Everything on this site is informational. Articles, case-study numbers, framework descriptions, FAQ answers, and any other content published here is general in nature. It is not legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or financial planning advice for your specific situation.
The strategies described on this site may or may not be appropriate for your circumstances. What works for one business owner at $3M of net profit may be actively harmful at $1.5M or $30M. What works in one state may be impermissible in another. What works this year may be eliminated by next year's tax code.
Advice begins with a formal engagement. Reviewing this site does not create an advisor-client relationship. Sending a strategy call request does not create one. The relationship begins only after both parties sign an engagement letter specifying the scope of work. Until then, nothing here should be relied upon as guidance specific to your position.
Privacy.
The Quantus Group respects client and visitor privacy. What we collect is limited to what we need to do our work and respond to you.
From visitors: when you submit a strategy call request, we collect the fields you provide. Your name, email address, indicated annual net profit range, current entity structure, and any message you choose to include. That information is transmitted to a private intake address and used to prepare for our conversation. We do not sell it, share it with marketing partners, or retain it beyond what's necessary for the engagement process.
From clients: once engaged, we collect and maintain the information necessary to do the work. Tax filings, entity documents, financial statements, investment holdings, and any other records you provide. This information is held in confidence and handled per the terms of our engagement letter.
What we don't do: we don't run third-party advertising pixels, session replay tools, or cross-site tracking scripts on this website. We don't retarget visitors with paid advertising. We don't sell or rent contact information to any third party. If you're interested in the technical specifics of what the site loads, your browser's developer tools will confirm this directly.
Terms of use.
All content on this site, including copy, diagrams, framework descriptions, typography treatments, and design elements, is the intellectual property of The Quantus Group unless otherwise noted. You may reference the material with proper attribution. You may not republish, reproduce, or distribute the content in full or in substantial part without written permission.
The site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tax law, investment regulations, and business circumstances all change. Content that was accurate when published may become outdated.
We're not responsible for decisions you make based on reading this site. The site is a source of information about our firm, not a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.
Regulatory notice.
The Quantus Group is a private advisory firm. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. When legal work is required (entity formation, operating agreements, trust documents, regulatory filings), clients engage their own attorney, or we refer them to qualified counsel with whom we coordinate.
The Quantus Group is not registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission or with any state securities regulator. We do not manage client portfolios, take discretionary authority over client assets, or receive commissions on securities transactions. Where investment-adjacent strategy arises in the context of a tax and capital engagement, we work alongside the client's existing investment professionals.
Our principals hold professional credentials earned independently, including CPA licensure and FINRA registrations. Those credentials carry ongoing regulatory obligations to their respective licensing bodies. Quantus engagements are separate from, and do not create, any relationship that would otherwise require such licensure.
No accountant-client privilege, attorney-client privilege, or any other evidentiary privilege arises from reviewing this website, submitting a strategy call request, or participating in preliminary conversations. Privilege, where available at all, arises only within the scope of a formal engagement and only as specifically defined by the applicable jurisdiction's rules.

Changes.
We may update these disclosures from time to time as our practice evolves, as regulations change, or as we identify clearer language. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent substantive update.
When changes materially affect how we handle personal information, we'll note what changed and when. For less material updates (clarifications, typo corrections, reorganization), the updated-on date will move but the substance will carry through.
This page is not a substitute for the terms of your engagement letter. Where an engagement letter and this page differ, the engagement letter governs.
